• Pricing: All prices displayed on this website are listed in Icelandic Króna (ISK). VAT is not added to the price in accordance with Article 5 of Icelandic VAT Act. The price you see is the final price.

• Contract of Sale: A binding contract is formed once you complete your checkout and receive an order confirmation. I reserve the right to cancel orders due to printing issues, pricing errors or other technical problems, in which case a full refund will be issued.

Payments

• When you make a purchase from us on this website, we use Squarespace Payments as our payment solution. Squarespace Payments is a fully integrated, native payment solution provided to us by our online store service provider Squarespace. Returns, Cancellatons & Refunds

• The 14-Day Cooling-Off Period: In accordance with Icelandic and European Distance Selling Regulations, consumers have the right to cancel their purchase and return a product within 14 days of delivery without giving any reason.

• Return Conditions: To qualify for a refund, the photography prints must be returned completaly undamaged, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.

• Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for covering the cost of shipping the item back, unless the item arrived damaged or defective. Once the item is recieved and inspected, a refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Intellectual Property (Portfolio & Art)

• All content displayed on this website, including but not limited to photography , text, layouts, and website design, is my exclusive intellectual property.

• Purchasing a physical photography print does not transfer any copyright or reproduction rights to the buyer. You may not digitally scan, replicate, copy, or commercially resell my images without explicit written permission.

Governing Law

• These term, your use of this website, and any purchases made through the online store are governed exclusively by Icelandic law. Any unresolved disputes may be referred to the Icelandic Consumer Agency (Neytendastofa).
